Patrick D. O'Brien - President/CEO

Adrian O'Brien - Vice President

Adrian has more than 10 years experience in the mineral exploration sector, having been directly involved in business development, corporate finance, project acquisition and development as well as corporate communications. Adrian will be directly involved in the new corporate strategy being undertaken by Apella working closely as part of senior management and with Apella’s exploration geological consultants.

Christian Derosier

In 1966, Mr. Derosier received his Diploma in Physical, Chemical, and Natural Sciences (S.P.C.N.)
from the University of Paris, France; followed by his M.Sc., Geology in 1969 and his D.Sc., Geology in 1971, both also from the University of Paris. Christian is a member of the Order of Geologists of Quebec and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

He is fluent in both French and English and as well, has worked in Spanish, Arabian and German. Mr. Derosier has served as a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and as both a Vice-President and a President of the Quebec Prospectors Association. In addition, Mr.
Derosier is very experienced in the workings of exploration companies having, over the past 20 years, served as a founder, Director and President of a number of Canadian junior exploration firms.

Mr. Derosier has more than 40 years of exploration experience. He has extensive world wide experience working on and heading up exploration programs in such countries as Canada, USA,
Columbia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, People’s Republic of China, Belgium, France,Cameroon, Guinea, Ghana, Madagascar, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Haiti, and Guyana.

Over his career, Mr. Derosier has headed up a wide range of world wide assignments for dozens of Canadian and International exploration and mining companies. This has included some very notable experience in eastern Canada and Quebec where he has managed exploration and prospecting programs, carried out Economical Impact Studies, arranged mining financings, supervised extensive drill programs, evaluated mineral deposits and producing mines, compiled inventories of resources and reserves, ore reserve calculations, and been involved in notable discoveries. Aside from his vast international and domestic undertakings, in and around Quebec, and more specifically the vicinity of Apella’s extensive Chibougamau holdings, some highlights of Mr. Derosier’s experience has included:

Mr. Derosier participated in the discovery of a 2 million ton copper deposit near Chibougamau (the Corner Bay Project), Quebec; now being placed into production by neighboring Campbell Mines. Apella currently controls key exploration claims adjoining this deposit.

• Christian was involved in the financing and discovery of the Gonzague-Langlois polymetallic mine in Lebel sur Quevillon (VSM Resources, 1989) which was sold to Cambior and is now owned and operated by Breakwater Resources.

• Involved in programs for increasing and proving the reserves of two titaniferous ore
deposits around the Lac Allard ilmenite deposit, Quebec; proving ore reserves of an asbestos deposit of 100 millions tonnes near Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada, for Rio Algom Mines Ltd.; carried out an evaluation and ore reserve calculations for an asbestos deposit of 100 million tonnes near Chibougamau, Quebec

With Mr. Derosier’s involvement, Apella intends to step up its approach to its Chibougamau exploration endeavours. Management is confident that Christian will provide considerable insight and expertise in this and the Company’s other projects.

Jerry W. Dibble - Director

Mr. Jerry W. Dibble brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Board. He has more than fourteen years experience in investor and public relations, as well as four years of investment banking and S.E.C. regulatory filings experience. Mr. Dibble was formerly a Series
7 Broker employed in the Houston, Texas office of A.G. Edwards and Sons, a large, highly respected National U.S. Broker/Dealer. Prior to that Mr. Dibble served as Executive V.P. of American Bank & Savings in the capacities of Chairman of the Real Estate Department and Operations Officer/New Loans. Mr. Dibble specialty is Corporate Communications, Information Technology (IT) and Corporate Finance. His corporate contacts throughout North America and
internationally prove invaluable to Apella's goal of enhancing shareholder value through corporate development, corporate communications and project financing strategies.

Brian F. Adams - Director/Accountant*

Mr. Adams, FCGA a resident of British Columbia, Canada is a Certified General Accountant and has been a Principal in a highly respected independent accounting firm since 1968. Mr. Adams was elected a 'Fellow' of the Canadian CGA Association in 1974, a Life Member of the CGA Association of B.C in 1978 and received the Queen's Silver Jubilee Medal in 1977 for service to his profession. He has served on the Board of Governors of the CGA Association of B.C. and the Board of Directors of CGA Canada; as President of the CGA Association of B.C. and Chairman
of CGA Canada; served as one of three Canadian representatives to the International Federation of Accountants; has been appointed a member of the Auditor Certification Board of B.C. and served as Chairman. Mr.Adams is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Mr. Adams, in addition to many years of accounting experience, has considerable experience in supervising and conducting audits of Credit Unions, Trust Accounts and commercial ventures. He is an 'Accepted Expert Witness' by various Courts in Valuation and Accounting matters, and has served as a Court Appointed Receiver on numerous occasions.

Chris Chu - Corporate Secretary

Mr. Chu, a Canadian corporate lawyer, with offices in West Vancouver, British Columbia brings many years of experience with public companies to the Apella Board. Mr. Chu has worked with many VSE public companies on their initial listings and others on their corporate
re-organizations. He will be working closely with the company on its compliance and contractual matters.
