Apella Closes $272,500 Private Placement
Apella Resources Inc.(TSX.V: APA); (Frankfurt Symbol: NWN) and its Board of Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has arranged and closed a $272,500 Private Placement. Of the funds raised $144,000 is deemed flow-through and $128,500 non flow-through. The Company will issue 1,309.090 flow-through shares at $0.11 each and 1,270,455 non flow-through shares at $0.10 per each. Each flow-through and non flow-through share issued will include an eighteen month warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at $0.15 within the first 6 months or at $0.20 in the remaining 12 months. Finder’s fees will be paid subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Private Placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All shares and warrants issued will be subject to a 4 month hold period.
Patrick D O’Brien, President of Apella Resources Inc. subscribed for 424,545 shares and warrants of the private placement for investment purposes.
The flow-through proceeds will be used to explore and develop Apella’s Canadian Exploration projects and the non flow-through funds will be added to operating capital.
